With a modern design office and a team of experienced designers, we offer our customers the highest level of technological innovation and individual solutions.
Innovative software tools
In our design office, we use the latest technologies and software tools to create and optimize designs. The main part of our software equipment is the package of programs “Product Design & Manufacturing Collection” from the renowned company AUTODESK supplemented with software developed by us, used for designing centrifugal fans. This allows us to create and customize designs for fans and various other devices from our portfolio, such as dust removal systems, filters, cyclones, pipelines, rotary feeders, sliding closures, various versions of flaps, steel structures, silos, tanks, screw or bucket conveyors, according to the specific requirements of our customers.
Drawing documentation in 3D and 2D
Manufacturing documentation is primarily created in a 3D environment using the INVENTOR Professional program. Subsequently, design details and production drawings are available to our customers in 2D DWG or PDF formats. All our designs are also available in 3D format, such as STEP format or various other formats, allowing them to be used in subsequent layouts for various projects. If the current task does not require a 3D model, we use the AutoCAD Mechanical program, with which we have many years of experience in creating 2D documentation and have an extensive design library.
FEM(FEA) simulations for design verification
Our work does not end with the creation of a proposal. Using the Inventor Nastran program, we create simulations of the conditions in which the product will operate to verify its reliability and safety.
If the project requires it, we can also deliver static calculations by certified structural engineers thanks to our close cooperation.
Collision avoidance and suggestion sharing
We use the possibility of scanning the space in 3D and its subsequent processing in the Navisworks Manage and ReCap Pro programs in order to detect in advance the imminent collisions of the installation with the equipment of the premises. We share the designs with our customers after they have been created through the Shared Views program, which allows you to see the visualization of the product in 3D and comment on individual parts without the need to purchase the program.
Visualizations in 3D
To create photorealistic product renderings and videos, we use the top-of-the-line 3Ds Max program, which allows us to visualize every aspect of our products in detail.
Secure data storage and sharing
For intra-company sharing of data and drawings, we use Vault Professional, which is supplemented with Vault File Server, which provides safe and efficient management of all data and documentation.
